The U3A is a national charity operating as the Third Age Trust, with headquarters in London and branches throughout the U.K. The local branch is centred on the Haslemere Hall in Surrey, England.
The organisation exists for social events and adult
learning. Daytime classes are offered in a variety of
subjects; tutors are volunteers and most of our members
are retired.
Subscriptions simply cover costs.

Autumn term: 7th September - 17th December 2010

The 2011 U3A Diary is available at £1.90 to order contact Kate (651369) or Margaret (652338), or put your name on the list in the Hall. The list for these will be taken down after signing on day.

Christmas lunch 2010 is on Monday 13th December (NOT 14th!)
Membership
It costs £5.00 to join the charity and an annual fee of £12.00
to become a Haslemere U3A member.
Each group class costs 50p, payable at the time.
For some groups there may be an extra fee to cover costs;
some groups held in private venues may be free.

Notes
