Members are welcome to request topics of interest. The topics requested to date are listed here with some details, particularly of the use of MS Word. A document with details of how best to use MS Word can be found at the end of the table below.

As member's confidence increases we will move to more advanced subjects.

There is time at the end of each session to look at member's problems and answer questions. Members are welcome to bring their own laptops.

An archive utility mentioned may be downloaded:

Right click and Save Target As to the desktop and rename it to archive_readme.bat then double click it to display information about the following:

Right click and Save Target As to the desktop and rename it to archive.bat

The Clipboard (Paste Buffer) is where objects (files, words etc.) go when they are Cut or Copied.
The contents of the Clipboard may then be retrieved by the Paste command.

Because Windows has many different ways of doing things, this list of shortcuts may help you to find your preferred method.
