We are a self-help group. Each member takes a turn to prepare a recipe, and bring the ingredients and the wine. In addition to the £1 attendance fee the cook for the day expects a contribution of £3.00 for the ingredients, the wine and the coffee. After the meal is cooked the members sit down and eat the result and drink the wine.
The equipment in the kitchen is listed in this document (click to open it).
